Questions, Frequently Asked
There’s metered parking on East 9th Street and Euclid Avenue. There’s a parking garage next door, park on the 4th floor, and use the walkway into the building’s third floor to avoid the weather and foot traffic. At the end of the hallway, turn left and Suite 302 is on the right.
You are welcome to do so, and I understand some gemstones may have sentimental value or be family heirlooms.
Cash, credit cards and debit cards (added 3% transaction fee). Checks are accepted but there may be a wait for them to clear.
I use a highly qualified, local, independent appraiser.
Whatever the reason for the cancellation, I understand sometimes things are just beyond one’s control and I’m sorry it didn’t work out. Please rest assured if you provided any gems, they will be returned to you. Depending on where we are in the process, time and materials to date will be calculated and deducted from the deposit. If we’re further along, additional monies may be due. However, if the gems have been set and the item is finished, then the balance will be due in full.
For custom designs, special orders, or resized items, there are no returns or exchanges. For all other jewelry, items must be returned within 15 days along with the receipt and in its original condition. An in-store credit will be issued, or you can exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value.
